Veryst routinely uses advanced characterization methods to support client failure analyses, to predict device reliability, and to develop new products. Methods used by Veryst include rate-dependent mechanical testing, time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectroscopy (TOF-SIMS), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), electron SCA (ESCA), gas chromatography (GC), metallography, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy (ICP), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and high speed data acquisition. |
